Developer API
Both products expose an API. Crayo’s is broader, with 34 endpoints covering image generation, voice changing, transcripts and a project model built from scenes, and it needs a paid plan because free accounts have no credits. StoryTok’s API renders the five video formats from a JSON job, lists the voice and background catalog, takes uploads, and sends HMAC-signed webhooks on completion or failure. It spends the same pay-as-you-go credits as the app.
The honest summary
