3. Credits and Payments

• Credits System: Our Service operates on a credit basis. 1 credit equals approximately 1 minute of video processing time.
• Pricing: Credits are purchased in packs (e.g., $10 for 60 credits). Prices are subject to change.
• Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable. However, if a job fails due to a system error on our end, the credits for that specific job will be automatically refunded to your account.
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
• Containing malware or malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original videos and content you upload. You grant us a license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Rights: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the clpd.ai platform, software, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
